Key feature of the game - 6 available elements. Combining those elements results in different type of towers.

Element TD 2 is a deep and complex tower defense game that harkens back to the golden era when there were dozens of popular variants and odd takes on the formula. It's a doozy of a game when you look at the features: A long campaign mode, an endless wave mode, with progression and diverse randomization options for both. Some of those make the game action-oriented, or slower and thinkier, or utterly unpredictable. There are six elements, and 42 unique towers, but the sequence you choose new elements and buy towers in determines what you can get and when.

For those of us that still feel that old MMO itch sometimes, Roshpit Champions has brought all the comforts of our old home to our new place in DotA 2. A purely PvE experience, Roshpit Champions pits four allied players against all manner of quests, dungeons, and Boss-level bad guys in an RPG-style adventure equipped with outfitting, Need and Greed rolls, "talents" in its Rune system - it even has character Save/Load functionality. This fantastic mode is great for when you (and a few of your friends) look back at the good old days before Roshans and tower pushes - a simpler, softer time, when all you had to do was destroy endless armies of skeletons, elementals, demons, soldiers, and other assorted monsters in a quest to save the world. Just be careful to stay alive, and maybe leave your resident "Leeroy Jenkins" at home -- while there's respawning in Roshpit Champions, a full party wipe is game over.

Sometimes it really does feel better to build than destroy, and Element Tower Defense helps make up for all of those poor, not-really-defenseless towers we've broken down over the years by building them up again - this time equipped with one of six powerful elemental presences. Selecting a single element at the start of the game and getting access to a new one (or the ability to make an already owned element stronger, allowing you to build new and more powerful towers) every five levels; Element Tower Defense takes the traditional Tower Defense mode beloved by many and adds layers of complexity beyond "put something that slows the creeps down up front, and follow it up with cannons". Every wave of monsters has different abilities, elemental strengths, and weaknesses - making smart placement and elemental selections (and the damage types that come with them) necessary skills to get past even the first few waves unharmed. While you get a little leeway with 50 "lives" (the number of times monsters can escape your maze alive before you lose), the difficulty ramps up quickly. Will you be able to blaze the new high score in your playgroup, or will they rock your world? There's only one way to find out, so grab up to five of your friends and pick your joystick color for Element Tower Defense.

One of the main innovations Warcraft III offers over the previous games in the series is the way the role of hero units has changed. Where before, heroes were merely very powerful variants of standard units, now they are unique, with their own special abilities that normal units do not have access to. For instance, heroes within the game can find or trade items to increase skills, defense, etc. With each kill of an enemy of a certain level the heroes gain experience points, eventually resulting in increased levels of their own, and new spell options (thus introducing role-playing game elements to the series).[8] Some heroes also can apply beneficial auras to allied units.

Unlike other RTS games, Warcraft III has introduced a new element of gameplay, special units called heroes, they are super units that have special abilities that expand as the game progresses (as they gain experience).[8] For example, an Archmage hero can acquire the ability to (temporarily) summon water-elementals, increase the mana regeneration rate of surrounding magic casting units, create a blizzard over enemy units, and teleport friendly units to other parts of the map. In the course of a game, a maximum of up to three heroes can be built, but if they die, they can be revived at an altar.

Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos started as a "role-playing strategy": A strategy game set heavily within a role-playing environment. Having smaller, potent parties of heroes and troops in a dynamic world of living towns, wandering monsters, characters and quests, while simultaneously devising strategies to defeat their enemies.[16] However, during the development, many of the RPS ideas were scrapped and became an RTS with some RPG elements.

Sometimes when writing CSS you will encounter an issue where your CSS doesn't seem to be doing what you expect. Perhaps you believe that a certain selector should match an element, but nothing happens, or a box is a different size than you expected. This article will give you guidance on how to go about debugging a CSS problem, and show you how the DevTools included in all modern browsers can help you to find out what is going on.

The article What are browser developer tools is an up-to-date guide explaining how to access the tools in various browsers and platforms. While you may choose to mostly develop in a particular browser, and therefore will become most familiar with the tools included in that browser, it is worth knowing how to access them in other browsers. This will help if you are seeing different rendering between multiple browsers. 2ff7e9595c
